Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing raffle tickets, or participating in the Glow for Good campaign in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in the campaign.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CareBridge Documentation (the "Organizer") in partnership with the Ashanti Beauty Foundation.

Your participation in this campaign confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Raffle Rules.
Campaign Overview
The Glow for Good campaign is a national charity raffle organized to raise funds for charitable purposes,
with 80% of proceeds going directly to support families in need across Canada.
Campaign Structure

Raffle tickets are sold for $5 CAD each

Free tickets may be awarded through qualifying purchases or promotional activities

Three cash prizes will be awarded: $400 (1st), $200 (2nd), and $100 (3rd)

Winners are selected through a randomized, computer-generated draw
Campaign Duration

Eligibility Requirements

Employees, board members, and direct volunteers of CareBridge Documentation or the Ashanti Beauty Foundation may purchase tickets but are not eligible to claim prizes.

Free Tickets
Free tickets may be awarded through qualifying purchases of digital or beauty products, or as bonus tickets with donations. All free tickets are subject to the same rules and restrictions as purchased tickets.
No Refund Policy:
All raffle ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including if you are unable to claim a prize or if the campaign is cancelled.
User Conduct
By participating in this campaign, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You specifically agree not to:

Consequences of Violation
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or fraudulent. Disqualified participants forfeit all entries and are not entitled to any refund.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CareBridge Documentation and the Ashanti Beauty Foundation or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for the sole purpose of participating in the Glow for Good campaign. You may not:
