Terms & Conditions

1. About CareBridge Documentation

CareBridge Documentation provides professional educational workshops, document support guidance, and system navigation training for agencies, frontline workers, and community organizations.

Our services are designed to improve documentation quality, strengthen client advocacy, and support better outcomes when interacting with institutional systems.

Workshops are educational in nature and do not replace legal, medical, or clinical advice.

 

2. Workshop Booking & Participation

By booking a workshop with CareBridge Documentation, your organization agrees to:

  • Provide accurate booking details

  • Ensure appropriate staff attendance

  • Participate in good faith for educational purposes

Bookings may be conducted:

  • In-person at your agency location

  • Virtually via secure online platform

The workshop format will be confirmed at time of booking.

 

3. Payment Terms

If the workshop is a paid service, the following applies:

  • Payment is due upon invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payment confirms your session reservation

  • Late payment may result in rescheduling

CareBridge reserves the right to:

  • Require advance payment

  • Apply deposits for future bookings

Pilot workshops or sponsored sessions may be offered at reduced or no cost at CareBridge’s discretion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that agency environments are dynamic.

  • 48 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Workshops cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a rebooking requirement

CareBridge will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

5. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

All workshop materials are provided for:

✔ Training
✔ Awareness
✔ System navigation support

CareBridge Documentation does not:

  • Provide legal advice

  • Provide medical advice

  • Replace licensed professional decision-making

Participants remain responsible for how they apply workshop knowledge within their organizational policies and professional scope.

6. Confidentiality & Professional Use

Workshops may include:

  • Case examples

  • System navigation scenarios

  • Documentation strategies

Participants agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared discussions

  • Use workshop content responsibly

  • Apply learning ethically within professional roles

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the workshop are the property of CareBridge Documentation.

This includes:

  • Slides

  • Frameworks

  • Tools

  • Templates

  • Training methods

Materials may not be:

  • Reproduced

  • Resold

  • Distributed externally

Without written permission from CareBridge Documentation.

Internal team use is permitted for training and implementation purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

CareBridge Documentation shall not be held liable for:

  • Organizational decisions made after training

  • Outcomes of documentation submissions

  • Decisions made by third-party institutions

Workshops aim to strengthen documentation practices but cannot guarantee external approval outcomes.

9. Respectful Learning Environment

CareBridge is committed to:

  • Trauma-informed

  • Respectful

  • Professional learning spaces

We reserve the right to pause or discontinue sessions in cases of:

  • Disruptive conduct

  • Harassment

  • Unsafe participation environment

10. Privacy

Booking information collected is used solely for:

  • Scheduling

  • Communication

  • Service delivery

CareBridge does not sell or share your information.

11. Agreement

By booking or participating in a CareBridge workshop, your organization acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
